Pharicode Feature: Samuel Sussman, ServiceNow Developer

By: Colleen Kelly | Marketing Assistant

Our team at Pharicode is full of passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic developers, architects, and engineers. If there is one thing we all have in common, it is our passion for IT and business process improvement, especially for our federal clients.

This Pharicode Feature spotlights Samuel Sussman, a ServiceNow Developer at Pharcode, based out of Dayton, Ohio.

How were you first introduced to ServiceNow? What was your first job using the platform?

I was first introduced to ServiceNow as a CMDB Administrator at a Cincinnati-based insurance company. I was introduced to the platform with no materials and told to fix what was already there. That drove my motivation to learn as much as possible about ServiceNow when documentation around the CMDB was limited.

What are your primary ServiceNow skills?

  • CSA

  • CMDB

  • CRM

  • Discovery

  • ITOM

  • SAM Pro

  • SecOps

What are your plans for the future in your career and in the ServiceNow industry?

My future plans are to help shape the Military Veterans ServiceNow User Group in the ServiceNow Community by helping veterans get their careers started through either our SkillBridge program or other ServiceNow NextGen opportunities. Through our strategic partnerships with veteran organizations, we have been able to start the ripple effect of promoting veteran training opportunities in the ServiceNow Space. Growing that in 2021 is critical to our commitment to helping veterans launch their technical careers in ServiceNow.

Outside of the training programs, I am hoping to keep down the pipeline of expanding my knowledge on the platform!
