How were you first introduced to ServiceNow? What was your first job using the platform?
Michael: In 2011, I was an HP consultant on a sales call and the vendor continued to talk about ServiceNow. After the call, I looked up ServiceNow for the first time. Shortly after, I knew I had to change my path to become a ServiceNow consultant instead.
Give us a little more detail! What other jobs have you had working with ServiceNow?
Michael: After I became a ServiceNow consultant, I've worked for 168 different customers on hundreds of projects.
Working with so many customers, you get the opportunity to see a lot of different and creative ways to use ServiceNow. I've also seen ServiceNow evolve a lot since I started using it pre-Aspen.
What are your top skills, certifications, interests?
Michael: My top skills include Service Portal, Custom Applications, Integrations, Scripting, and an overall knowledge of the platform.
What are your plans for the future in your career and in the ServiceNow industry?
Michael: I'll just see where it takes me!
