As an Account Executive with Pharicode, you will be an integral force in driving the exponential growth of business development and success. You will accomplish this through aggressive identification and qualification of potential customers for ServiceNow products and professional services provided by Pharicode. You will proactively identify, engage and close new business while engaging with customers at every level of the sales cycle.

Role Competencies

  • Experience selling into Federal Clients (DoD & FEDCIV).

  • Successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Successful track record of developing and implementing a Federal Sales strategy.

  • Experience in SaaS / PaaS Sales is a plus.

  • Possess strong relationships within DoD and FEDCIV agencies.

  • Executes prospect qualification and development of new sales opportunities to drive ongoing revenue

  • streams.

  • Arrange and conduct sales meetings and presentations.

  • Manage end to end Sales process and opportunity closure.

  • Work internally to determine appropriate resources to ensure a smooth hand-off of closed deals to the

  • Delivery team.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

  • Work closely with service delivery managers and consultants to win new business and deliver solutions to customers.

  • Provides account management and is a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their pains,

  • vision and roadmap to drive new work within the space.

  • Builds and maintains solid relationships with all customers and partners.

  • Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives.

  • Understands Federal Acquisition process and Contract Vehicles.

  • Assists proposal management and capture team in developing responses to solicitations.

  • Provides weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to management.

  • Any other duties or tasks assigned by the manager.
