Pharicode Senior Technical Consultants are the lead development resources for projects working closely with the Solution Architect and Business Analyst to develop overall design and solution of implementations.  Senior Technical Consultants work to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will provide administration, application development, maintenance and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform.  

Job Summary

Role Competencies

  • Proficient with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap

  • Build integrations to 3rd party platforms using Scripted REST API’s

  • Develop custom applications to meet customer business requirements

  • Write/create advanced custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, data policies, UI scripts.

  • Troubleshoot production issues independently and remediate

  • Lead development efforts in at least one (1) application that is outside of ITSM

  • Lead grooming sessions to refine user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Participate in scrum ceremonies and provide feedback on their progress implementing assigned user stories

  • Track to project plan and ensure team of developers is making milestones

  • Provide demonstrations of solutions to customer at the end of each sprint

  • Actively participate in requirements discussions and workshops, sometimes providing demos or discussing the functionality of the software platform

  • Mentor junior developers on the project and ensure the quality of their work

  • Work independently as well as part of a team using good communication and positive attitude

  • Deliver measurable, positive results within the client and team’s timeline resulting in positive feedback from clients

  • Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset

  • Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies and methodologies

  • Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
